Dr. Givonna Cheeks’ expertise has been instrumental in the seamless transition of our entire Cyber Security portfolio to a new COR. She has expertly navigated the portfolio away from potential service lapses to a robust and thriving system on the brink of a successful award. Her experience has been pivotal in assembling Integrated Project Teams (IPTs), significantly enhancing our customer relations and contract communications. Dr. Baker's proactive approach and leadership have been vital to our program's advancement.
