Objective

The primary goal of this project was to develop a cohesive IT/DR plan that not only protected technological assets but also supported the people and processes critical to the organization's function. To address these challenges, we implemented a project management-based approach, structured around the following six phases:

  4. DR Strategy Selection: Developed and selected disaster recovery strategies that best met the defined RTOs and RPOs, ensuring resilience and cost-effectiveness.
  5. Awareness & Training: Implemented a comprehensive training and awareness program for all stakeholders, enhancing their understanding and ability to respond effectively in a disaster scenario.
  6. Exercise, Assessment, and Maintenance: Regularly tested the DR plan through drills and assessments, making necessary adjustments to maintain its effectiveness and relevance.
